1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined as follows:

• "Platform" or "Site" refers to baj66's website, mobile version, and all services included within it.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person who has created or is attempting to create a registered account on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's own registered profile through which they access the platform's services.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or benefit granted to a user by baj66.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• "BDT" or "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi currency, Taka.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the baj66 platform, a user must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to create an account or play any games.
• You are creating an account in your own name and for your own use, and not on behalf of or as a representative of anyone else.
• You are agreeing to these terms voluntarily and with full understanding.
• None of your previous accounts have been permanently closed by baj66.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each user may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all accounts being closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false or incorrect information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the account being closed.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

baj66 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly in the case of large withdrawal requests. This process may require a copy of a national identity card or passport, and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Do not give anyone else access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

The currently approved payment methods at baj66 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals can only be made through these methods.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, under special circumstances (such as an ongoing KYC review or system maintenance), it may take longer.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Account holders must use only payment methods registered in their own name. Using a payment account registered under someone else's name is strictly prohibited and may result in the deposited amount being forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion cannot be combined with multiple bonuses at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games specified in the original bonus terms.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• baj66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, with reasonable notice given for ongoing promotions.
• baj66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraudulent or irregular betting patterns are detected.

5.4 VIP Program

baj66's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active gaming.

6. Fair Gaming Policy

All games on the baj66 platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Our platform strictly adheres to SSL encryption and fair play principles.

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, the system automatically records the game result and the appropriate credit or debit is applied.
• baj66 maintains game logs and transaction history, and these records will be considered final evidence in the event of a dispute.
• If a technical error occurs in any game, baj66 reserves the right to void the bets for that game and refund the amounts placed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Following deliberate or artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play games or place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.
• Coordinated group betting with other users in a way that harms others.
• Operating an account with a false identity or fraudulent information.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by baj66

baj66 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or the KYC process.
• Fraud or suspicious financial activity.
• A court order or directive from a legal authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, users may activate self-exclusion for a specified period. During this period, access to the account and betting will not be possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, baj66 will not be liable for:

• Interruptions to a game or betting session caused by internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from the user's own device or software.
